It was created by Cindy Coney, M.Ed., nationally acclaimed speaker and executive director of the Mendez Foundation. Maximizing Life-Minimizing Stress
Do you find yourself running on empty without a moment of time to yourself? You are not alone! We have an ever-growing need for resources which can help us prioritize responsibilities, achieve greater balance and stay focused on that which is truly important. Let our Maximizing Life-Minimizing Stress workshop be that resource for you! This dynamic, highly interactive one-day workshop teaches individuals the skills they need to communicate more effectively, think more proactively and achieve greater productivity in their personal and professional lives. Participants will learn effective techniques for reducing burnout, managing difficult emotions and decreasing stress within the family.

Anger Management
Have you recently "snapped" at someone or something and realized that what you were really reacting to was one or several stressful incidents that occurred earlier that day? Or have you recently felt angry with someone, and then held a grudge instead of letting go? Anger is a natural and necessary human emotion, but it can be a destructive force if harbored too long or strenuously. We may not be able to prevent our anger, but we CAN control what we do with that anger. Our Maximizing Life-Minimizing Anger one-day workshop can help you and your staff learn to manage the anger you may feel at home, at the office or in the classroom. Participants learn effective techniques for anticipating, recognizing and assessing angry feelings, which encourages appropriate, constructive reactions to life's serious and not-so serious problems.

In addition to workshops, we also offer keynote addresses, conference seminars, retreats, consulting and personal coaching. For more information on Maximizing Life-Minimizing Stress & Anger programs, please contact Cindy Coney at 800/750.0986, or at cconey@mendezfoundation.org.
