Maximizing Life-Minimizing Stress

Let our Maximizing Life-Minimizing Stress workshop be that resource for you! This dynamic, highly interactive one-day workshop teaches individuals the skills they need to communicate more effectively, think more proactively and achieve greater productivity in their personal and professional lives. Participants will learn effective techniques for reducing burnout, managing difficult emotions and decreasing stress within the family.

Anger Management
Have you recently "snapped" at someone or something and realized that what you were really reacting to was one or several stressful incidents that occurred earlier that day? Or have you recently felt angry with someone, and then held a grudge instead of letting go? Anger is a natural and necessary human emotion, but it can be a destructive force if harbored too long or strenuously.
