Too Good Programs Training

and practical classroom skills to ensure your successful implementation Training TypesCurriculum Training - Educators receive the first-hand experience they need to teach the Too Good Programs in the classroom. Each training program can be tailored to the needs of your school or district, from focusing on a single grade level to a complete K-12 implementation of our Too Good Programs.
Trainings are typically half- or full-day sessions. Curriculum training is available for the following programs:
To make the most of the training experience, schools and districts should purchase and review curricula and other classroom materials prior attending the training session. Training of Trainers - Maximize the reach of your training investment. This comprehensive session will give you the knowledge and skills To attenda Training of Trainers session, participants must have attended a Mendez Foundation Too Good Programs Core Curriculum Training and have purchased the Too Good Programs curriculum. Upon completion of this TOT session, participants are certified to train in their district in the Too Good Program curriculum in which they have been trained. On-Site Training Our staff of professional trainers each have extensive experience in teaching the Too Good Programs in the classroom and can bring the benefits of that experience to your school or district. Mendez Foundation training professionals are available to travel to your school or district to develop and implement a Too Good Programs Curriculum Training customized to your school district's needs. Our trainers will work with you to build a training program designed for the specific grade levels and make up of your classrooms. Trainers will work one on one with your educators to help them master delivering the Too Good Programs in their classrooms so that you can maximize the effectiveness of these prevention programs. On Site trainings are a cost-effective option for schools or districts that need to train groups of 15 to 50 participants. We will train your teachers so that they can take the programs right to the classroom following their training. Curriculum training is $2,000 per day plus travel expenses with the purchase of $2,000 or more in materials. The cost without the purchase of materials is $2,500 per day plus travel expenses. A one-day Training of Trainer session is $225 per person and includes a Training of Trainer manual for each participant. Smaller school districts may collaborate with nearby districts to share the cost of an on-site trainings. Regional TrainingsDesigned for the school or district that plans to train a only few individuals, the Regional Core Curriculum trainings can be a cost-effective option. Mendez Foundation Regional Core Curriculum Trainings provide a comprehensive, convenient training solution for participants throughout the United States. These trainings feature 1-2 days of curriculum training followed by a one-day training of trainers session. Training participants will be trained in the curriculum , and if they attend the Training of Trainers session, will be trained and certified to train others to deliver the Too Good Programs in their district. These training sessions provide participants the opportunity to network and share best practices with prevention specialists from other areas. Curriculum Training sessions are $300 per person per day. Training of Trainer sessions are $400 per person per day.
